Northstar Ju Jitsu teaches immediate and practical fighting skills in all ranges that can are easy to learn. Simple defensive combinations are taught in all ranges of fighting. These include distant fighting with long range kicks and punches, in close fighting with knees, elbows and standing grappling and control on the ground

The Yellow Belt Course
Your next belt is the Yellow Belt. Each belt builds on the belt before. This on-line program continues with new material such as videos with explanations of your syllabus requirements including multiple defence, self defence and ground defence. You can also follow the development of NSJJ by reading about it’s colourful history.

Definitely recommended, through informative videos which are just the right length you get exactly what you need to succeed with your technique. I used both dojo classes and the online material and they complement each other brilliantly. Online material allow you to learn in your own time and master the techniques before applying them in the dojo.
