Congratulations on taking the first step towards deepening your martial arts experience. I have spent 40 years training, studying and researching the various facets of martial arts. I have presented the lessons on videos, blog posts, e books and podcasts all for free. I decided that in order to maintain the integrity and longevity of my teachings I need to consolidate all the great lessons in one place. No longer available for free
This package of courses provides all the theory you need to progress through to Black Belt and beyond . You have been selected for my Personal Best because you are a current regular user on the Northstar Ju Jitsu online academy, Personal Best is your training companion where you get all of my teachings to refer to anytime, any place. You will see that all of the NSJJ belt courses are there for your reference. Even if you have moved past a certain belt level, there are still gems in all belt levels that may be new to you.
If you attend a NSJJ dojo you can still do your gradings with your dojo. Regardless of where you train you can still book in a private review once a month with my self. Just send me an email andy@nsma.com.au to book your technique review via Zoom.
